Wednesdays 5:15-6:15pm SCHOOL YEAR ONLY (thru 6/9/2021) in the upper level of Ashland University Miller Chapel, 456 College Ave, Ashland, Ohio. Donation basis (or class pass if more convenient). No charge to AU students.

YOGA THERAPY and/or PRIVATE TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGAFAITH: Virtual OR in-person!
I schedule a limited amount of private, one-on-one Yoga Therapy or Trauma Sensitive YogaFaith (TSYF) sessions. Yoga Therapy is aimed at post-injury/surgery recovery, long haul COVID recovery, anxiety and depression. TSYF is a faith-based method aimed at exploring the somatic impact of trauma in a person’s body. If you (or you know of someone who) might benefit through this body-oriented work, please contact me through my business number at 419-528-5956 or through my website to see if you might be a good candidate for this model. I am happy to work in conjunction with your counselor.
$50/session or 5 sessions for $200. Neither Yoga Therapy or TSYF are covered by insurance.

PRIVATE RELAX & RENEW® RESTORATIVE YOGA: I schedule a limited amount of private and semi-private Relax & Renew® Restorative Yoga sessions. Restorative Yoga helps one learn to rest deeply and completely. Your private session involves personal assessment and 2-5 poses hand-picked for your personal needs. $30/session or 5 sessions for $125. Come with a friend and save! $25/session (each) or 5 sessions for $100.

STUDENTS of ALL shapes, sizes and abilities are welcomed and encouraged to reach their full potential through this BEaUtiful thing called yoga. All classes are also taught with trauma-informed philosophy* in mind.

*In a traditional yoga class, it is very common for teachers to offer hands-on adjustments to help students with alignment and form. With trauma-informed yoga philosophy in mind, Jody offers very little hands-on adjustments, finding that many visual and vocal cues can be given without physically having to touch the student. Permission is always asked before gentle, compassionate adjustments are made. She also uses doTerra essential oils in every class and private session, and again, permission is asked before application.
